225grms of Beef

3 Onions grated

2 Tablespoons of flour

1500mls of beef stock

2 Tins of tomatoes chopped

1/2 Teaspoon of caraway seeds

1/4 Teaspoon of marjoram

1 Garlic clove crushed

4 pieces of toast cut into croutons

Sauté 225grms of lean beef that has been cut into small cubes. Add the 3 grated  onions,  and when slightly brown add 2 tablespoonfuls of flour. Mix well. Add the stock slowly and the tomatoes and Simmer slowly for 1 hour. Then add the caraway seeds, marjoram, and the crushed garlic clove. Cook for another  hour  very slowly.  Then serve with the croutons.
