Pheasant With Noodles

Ingredients

Cooked pheasant broken up small

4 Slices of streaky bacon

1 Medium green pepper chopped fine

2 Hard boil eggs sliced

Noodles for 2

150ml White sauce flavoured with cheese

Buttered bread crumbs to cover

 

Have ready 6 slices of dry bread, leave the bread on a plate in the kitchen the night before to dry then butter and turn into bread crumbs  Grill the bacon until done in the mean while, take a frying pan with a little oil on a medium heat, and fry the green peppers until just soft. Hard boil 2 eggs and cook the noodles. And have ready the white sauce. Take a casserole dish and take 1/2 the pheasant and place in the bottom of the dish then 1/2 noodles, 1 egg, then 1/2 the green pepper, then repeat, to finish pour over the white sauce and cover with the bread crumbs and place in a preheat oven at 200c or for fan ovens 180c for 15 to 20min or until the is golden brown and serve.
