Pheasant Curry
Ingredients
1 Pheasant jointed
2 Teaspoons cooking oil
1 Teaspoon curry power
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon of sugar
1 Teaspoon corn flour
1 Tablespoon grated cocoa nut
11/2 Cups of cocoa nut milk
Take the joined pheasant and cut the breast in half and the leg cut the thigh from the drum stick. Take a saucepan with the oil and put on a medium heat for 2mins then add the drum sticks and thighs and cook for 2mins then add the breast and cook until lightly brown, now turn the heat down low and add the curry power and cook for 3 mins turning the pheasant making sure well coated then add the rest of the ingredients as written above and simmer for 20mins and serve.
