Baked Venison with Apples

Ingredients

300g Venison sliced (about 20mm)

1/2 Cup brown sugar

2 Medium cooking apples sliced

3 Whole cloves

100ml Veg stock

 

Take a small oven dish with lid. Take the venison and rub equal amounts of sugar into each slice, now lay 1/2 the venison in the bottom on this lay 1/2 the apples, then the rest of the venison and push the cloves into the venison a little bit so can find then later, now the rest of the apples, and pour the stock into the dish, put on the lid and place in a preheated oven 180c or fan ovens 160c for 1 hour and 20mins and serve.
